How can I register for the 2025 Insurance Diversity Summit? Tell us you’re coming by registering online at www.tinyurl.com/2025DivSummit.
How much does it cost to register? The Summit is hosted by the California Department of Insurance and is provided free of charge! That's right. The only thing you’ll need to do is register in advance to let us know you're coming!
I already registered, but I did not receive a confirmation email. Who should I contact? First, check your junk or spam mailboxes. Most of the time, your confirmation email will be sitting there wondering why it didn’t land in your inbox. Still can’t find it? Send us an email at diversity@insurance.ca.gov so we can check for you.
Will there be a virtual option to attend this year? To create a more engaging and immersive event, the 2025 Insurance Diversity Summit will only be offered in person. Don’t miss out--register today to learn more about California’s $400 billion insurance industry.
GETTING TO THE SUMMIT
Where is the event being held? We’re excited to bring the event to Los Angeles, CA this year! The event will be held at the ASU California Center Broadway, formerly the Herald Examiner Building.
Please note that there are two buildings for the ASU California Center. The Summit will take place at the ASU California Center Broadway at 1111 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
What are the closest airports to the venue?
Do you have hotel recommendations? Discover Los Angeles provides an online tool to assist with searching for hotels in Los Angeles, CA.
Is there parking at the venue? Yes! Visitor parking is available in surface parking lots and garages near the ASU California Center. Visitor parking options are through independent operators. SpotHero allows for pre-paid parking up to a month in advance at adjacent parking lots.
Is public transportation an option near the venue? Yes! The ASU California Center Broadway is a 10-minute walk from the Pico Metro Station – 18th Street exit (A and E Lines).

What can I expect at the Summit? The 2025 Insurance Diversity Summit will offer sessions on hot topics in the insurance industry. You will be able to network, participate in live Q&As, and chat with exhibitors at the Resource Expo. Don’t forget to sign up for Business Matchmaking Roundtables by emailing Diversity@insurance.ca.gov–spaces fill up fast! The schedule is still in development, so keep checking back for updates!
