| Andrea Liévano is the author of Visibilidad Infinita (Editorial Planeta, 2024), a groundbreaking book that integrates marketing, reputation, and sales into a practical and transformative methodology. With more than 15 years of experience, she is a recognized business leader, strategic communication expert, and international speaker.
She is the founder of PR Para Todos, a pioneering company focused on democratizing public relations and reputation-building in Spanish, with presence in over 13 countries across Latin America and the United States.
Andrea has served as a consultant for organizations including the Green Chamber, FENALCO, Sigma, Capital Women NY, and ManaTech Miami, among others.

| Michael Piccoli is the owner and president of On Target Digital Marketing, a leading agency with more than 20 years of client success. A seasoned marketing and advertising professional, Michael is known for helping businesses turn smart strategy into measurable growth while building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and teams. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Roger Williams University.
Before acquiring On Target Digital Marketing in 2020, Michael founded the Green Arrow Marketing & Media in 2015, drawing from a diverse background that includes roles as a basketball coach, company president, and sales professional. He later expanded his reach with the acquisition of i5 Web Works in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Together, the three agencies bring more than 50 years of combined experience. Michael also proudly serves as a board member for the Boca School for Autism.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys superheroes, sports, and travel. He and his wife, Anita, love exploring the world, and he’s a proud dog dad to Oliver, On Target’s Chief Barking Officer. |

| Michael Idlis is a seasoned South Florida media professional currently serving as an Account Executive at Hubbard South Florida, representing 97.9 WRMF and Sunny 107.9. Based in the West Palm Beach area, Michael brings decades of experience in media, entertainment, and business development.
Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President at Frank Entertainment Group and held leadership positions with Mood Media and Muzak, building a strong reputation for strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and client success. Known for his relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of branding and audience engagement, Michael connects businesses with powerful media solutions that drive visibility and results. |
