In this course, educators will deepen understanding what the Science & Engineering Practice of Asking Questions is and is NOT. Educators will engage with effective instructional strategies for supporting students in asking questions, such as the Question Formulation Technique, the Questioning Form, and a Driving Question Board (DQB). Educators will also explore how to engage students with a phenomenon to launch a learning sequence that incorporates the Science & Engineering Practice (SEP) of Asking Questions. |
