2024 NSCFP Annual Meeting of Members

The 2024 NSCFP Annual Meeting of Members (AMM) will be held in conjunction with the 2024 Family Medicine Conference. 

NSCFP members in good standing are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting of Members in keeping with the rights defined by their classes of membership. If you would like to vote by proxy, please access the form here.

The AMM will also be live-streamed. If you would like to attend the online AMM portion of the day only, please register to receive the Zoom link.
