Full of Grace is a one-day retreat for women centred on three timeless realities that lead us back to God: Truth, Beauty and Goodness.
Through prayer, inspiring reflections, personal testimony, meaningful conversation and time for quiet reflection, we will journey together through three simple movements:
TRUTH | BELOVED Who does God say that I am?
Before the many roles we carry and all that we accomplish, we are first and foremost beloved daughters of God.
We will make space to quiet the voices that tell us who we should be and return to the truth of whom God says we already are.
BEAUTY | BEHOLD Can I learn to see as God sees?
God's beauty is present in places we don't always recognize - in our stories, our relationships, our femininity, our joys, our sacrifices and even the imperfect parts of our lives.
Together, we will discover what it means to see our lives through the loving gaze of God and recognize the beauty He has placed within and around us.
GOODNESS | FIAT What is God inviting me to say yes to?
Mary's fiat, her simple and courageous yes to God, changed the world. Our yes matters too.
Rather than asking, “What more should I be doing?” we will ask a different question: “Lord, what are You inviting me to say yes to?”
Each woman will have the opportunity to spend time with Christ and prayerfully consider her own fiat, the invitation God is placing before her in this season.
Come As You Are You don't need to be an experienced retreat-goer. You don't need to have all the answers. And you certainly don't need to have everything figured out. Simply come as you are.
Enjoy a beautiful day of faith, friendship, conversation, delicious food and time away from the demands of everyday life.

While each retreat offers a distinct experience, both are rooted in the same purpose -- to draw closer to Christ, the One at the centre of our marriages, our families and our lives.

Husbands attending Cornerstone are invited to bring their families to Holy Mass at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, bringing this special retreat weekend to a beautiful close.
Because ultimately, Truth, Beauty and Goodness lead us to the same place: Christ.
