The Spirit Award is given to the company/individual that implements new ideas, incentives, company or organization contest, and a heaping dose of spirit to the UW campaign in an attempt to improve the outcome of the campaign and build awareness for the United Way mission in our community.

The United Way Ambassador Award is given to a person who has gone above and beyond the call of service and dedication to the United Way. Individuals can make a huge impact in their communities through donating, volunteering, or advocating for the UWLC mission. This community champion could be a board member, investor, staff or volunteer extraordinaire who leads and influences others. This award is in honor of Elliott Beal and his dedication to the mission of the United Way through service.

The Community Impact Award is given to an individual who exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism, leadership and service to his or her community. They work alongside United Way, other organizations and the greater community to address the most pressing and emerging needs. This volunteer is a  community change agent whose boots on the ground commitment increases knowledge of community needs and establishes ownership for community improvement.
