For more than 50 years, St. Thomas Church has gone "on the road" for a weekend up in the north woods. Affectionately dubbed "Fellowship Camp", it offers family and individuals, friends and neighbors, the chance to have a weekend away in cabins or even hotel style rooms out amidst God's Creation. Plus, we get to enjoy both the great outdoors and the fellowship of one another.
Fellowship Camp offers a mixture of leisure, worship, small groups, guest speakers, and a plethora of activities such as swimming, boating, hiking, biking, mini-golf, archery, tennis, ropes course, eating ice cream, hay rides, coffee, card games, and so much more. Plus, the cooking is done for you and so are the dishes by our gracious hosts at Forest Springs Camp & Conference Center.
There are times for adults to gather without the kids as the K-5th graders as well as the 6th-12th graders have their own brief times of gatherings during the weekend. It truly is a wonderful time of spiritual reflection, relaxation, and community togetherness.
In 2020, like everything else, Fellowship Camp was cancelled. But now, in 2021, your clergy, wardends, and vestry, are discussing the possibility of holding Fellowship Camp once again. We would like to hear your answer to the question below. Simply click/tap on an answer to the first question and, if you choose, briefly share your thoughts about that answer. Click/tap on Submit Survey at the bottom when you are finished.
Once the results are compiled, our clergy, wardens, and vestry will continue to pray and make a decision about Fellowship Camp 2021. Thank you so much and we look forward to hearing from you.
