Thank you for your interest in receiving a grant from Impact100 Houston. In 2021, our inaugural grant-making year, our goal is to provide one grant of at least $100,000 to a well-managed, fiscally responsible 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving Harris County.

As a collective giving organization, the final grant amount awarded will be directly correlated to the number of Impact100 Houston members who join by the end of June 2021. We make no guarantees at this time of the final grant amount. The final grant amount will be announced in July.

Eligibility Questions:

* Is your organization tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code?
* Do you serve residents of Harris County?
* Can you provide at least three full years (36 months) of independently prepared, audited, or reviewed financial statements?

If you answered no to any of the questions above, we are unable to consider your organization for a grant at this time. Additionally, as stated on our website, grants will not be provided for:

  • Debt reduction, operating deficits, interim or bridge funding, or endowment funding.
  • Individuals or private foundations.
  • Activities that are religious or political in nature.
  • Fund drives, annual appeals, fundraising events, or general capital campaigns.
