2026 Awards in Excellence: Nomination Form

advocate for your submission.

You may nominate a business or individual for multiple categories and submit more than one nomination per category. Nominees must be Chamber members for at least one year (unless otherwise noted) and should meet each award’s criteria.

Nominations must be received by Wednesday, July 15, 2026

Previous winners must wait two years before being eligible to win the same category again but may be nominated for any other award category where appropriate.
