This prestigious award honors an individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and contributions to the Indianola Chamber of Commerce, making a significant impact on the organization and the Indianola community. This award will be presented at the Indianola Chamber of Commerce Annual Celebration at Hubbell Hall at Simpson College on January 19, 2024.
Criteria for the Award are as follows:
- Longstanding Commitment: Demonstrate a longstanding commitment to the Indianola Chamber of Commerce, contributing time, effort, and expertise over an extended period.
- Effective Advocacy: Show effective advocacy for the Chamber and its members, working to advance the interests of the business community at local, regional, or national levels.
- Connection Building: Demonstrate commitment to building effective relationships and collaborations with Chamber members, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Mentorship and Support: Provide mentorship and support to other Chamber members or Chamber staff, fostering an environment of growth and development within the business community.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with the broader Indianola community, participating in activities and initiatives that contribute to the overall well-being and success of the community.
- Inspirational Leadership: Serve as an inspirational leader within the Chamber, motivating and empowering others to actively participate and contribute to the organization's goals.
