This application assists with ensuring IVP which includes visiting Big Iron aligns with the delegate’s goals and objectives for participation. Applications will be reviewed, and the delegate will be informed of their participation status within 7 business days of application submission.

* If you are approved to participate, as part of your participation, you understand the following (check all boxes in acknowledgment):

You must have a valid credit card that works in the United States to pay for your hotel room(s). Hotels do not take cash.

To fully confirm your participation, you must provide NDTO with the required flight information for Fargo, North Dakota, USA, by September 1, 2024.

If you would like complimentary airport pickup, you must confirm with NDTO staff and provide flight information by September 1, 2024. *If you do not confirm, pickup will not be guaranteed.

If you do not choose a partner hotel (listed on https://ndto.com/events/bigironivp/) or one within walking distance, NDTO will not guarantee transportation to and from any Big Iron IVP events.

Programming begins September 9 through September 12, 2024.
