The Performing Arts Center of Suffolk County (The Gateway) misses our loyal and cherished patrons and is eager to gather with you in the theatre again when it is safe. You mean the world to this theatre and while you are missed, we understand that you can only return when you feel it’s right for you.

As you know, a COVID-19 vaccination effort is now widely available and the CDC has given New York State permission to start reopening indoor live venues (theatre and concert venues) at limited capacity as of April 2, 2021. Along with limited capacity requirements, the edict includes many health and safety guidelines we must implement, such as physical distancing, masks required by staff and patrons at all times, hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette, adequate cleaning supplies, signs and messages, cleaning and disinfection requirements, restroom occupancy and cleaning, ventilation, modified layouts, and much more. In an effort to help us plan for that day, we ask you to let us know how you feel about a return to live, indoor theatre as you are an important part of The Gateway’s ongoing process of evaluating when it will be right to return to the stage.

Thank you in advance for participating in our Reopening Survey.
