Western Nebraska Economic Development (WNED) is preparing a Region-Wide Housing Study to determine both present and future housing needs in the Scotts Bluff, Morrill and Kimball County Areas, during the next five years. The Study is funded by a Housing Grant from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, with matching funds from WNED. An important activity of the Housing Study is to ask you, a local resident, about the housing needs of your Community and respective County.
