• Demonstrate significant positive impact through volunteerism, philanthropy, or community leadership
• Foster collaboration and partnerships that strengthen the region
• Represent values of civic engagement and community pride
• Be recognized by peers as a true community champion
• Can be an individual or a business.

The Innovator Award Criteria

Recognizing a business or individual driving creativity, progress, and new ideas.

Nominee should:

• Introduce innovative products, services, or processes that improve performance or community outcomes
• Demonstrate measurable success or growth from innovation
• Encourage a culture of creativity and forward thinking
• Serve as a model for entrepreneurial spirit in the region
• Can be an individual or a business

Rising Star Award Criteria

Recognizing an emerging professional who is already making a difference.

Nominee should:

• Be early in their career (typically under 40 or within their first 10 years in the workforce)
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and professional growth
• Be actively involved in the Chamber and/or community initiatives
• Inspire others through enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to excellence
