Cancellation Policy:

  • Please note that cancellations received after October 16, 2026, will be invoiced for the full amount.
  • Registrations are transferable up until October 26, 2026, to another individual employed with a SAC member firm.
  • Credits will not be provided for no shows.
  • All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to membership@suretycanada.com.
  • SAC reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.

Notice of Photography/Filming:

By registering for and attending SAC’s Annual General Meeting and Conference, your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Surety Association of Canada and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and marketing/promotion of the association’s programs and services.


By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.


You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not register to attend the event.

Helpful Tip:

Firms should determine how many tickets they wish to purchase for an office, region, or their entire company. This will ensure that firms who wish to buy a table to attend the Awards Gala Dinner receive the appropriate discount. 

Health & Safety Guidelines:

The health and safety of the Surety Association of Canada’s (SAC) employees, volunteers, association members and stakeholders are a priority. SAC is committed to taking every precaution reasonable for the protection of the health and safety of all attendees, including adherence to federal/provincial/local health guidelines, as required. By attending any SAC events, attendees voluntarily assume the risks related to exposure to illness and/or infectious diseases.

Registration Guidelines:

A confirmation email will be sent within 3 to 5 business days once your registration has been processed.

Note that registration payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in a late payment fee.
