Worksite Project Description

Please note when considering your work request:

  • All residential projects require a site evaluation and approval from the Day of Caring Committee


  • Projects submitted must be something that can be completed in 6 hrs (at the most).


  • Please refer to the Do's and Don'ts document for acceptable and unacceptable projects.


  • It is the responsibility of the homeowner to remove all debris, including yard waste created by the Day of Caring Project.


  • An individual 18 years or older (preferably the homeowner) must be present when volunteers are on the project site.


  • This is a rain or shine event. There is NOT an alternative or make-up date in place if we experience inclement weather.

Agreement to Terms & Conditions

NOTICE: Please read this agreement carefully. By typing your name in the electronic signature below, you are stating that you are in agreement with all the conditions stated below.
* I understand that it is my responsibility to coordinate and pay for the removal of any debris, including yard waste, created by the Day of Caring project.
 
* By submitting this worksite request, I give permission to the Livingston County United Way to use my name, comments, and photographs from Day of Caring in marketing and promotional efforts.

WORKSITE REQUESTS ARE DUE JUNE 15, 2026.

Any requests received after this date will NOT be accepted.

Confirmations will be emailed by July 29. If no email is available, a confirmation will be mailed.
