| Vermont Family Network is planning a workshop series focused on mental health and Vermont’s mental health system. In Vermont, there are organizations known as Designated Agencies or DAs. DAs are responsible for providing mental health services and developmental disability services in their communities. There are 14 DAs throughout the state. Some DAs that you might have heard of are:
-Howard Center, serving Chittenden County -Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS), serving Essex & Orleans Counties -Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS), serving Franklin & Grand Isle Counties -Rutland Mental Health Services (RMHS), serving Rutland County -United Counseling Services (UCS), serving Bennington County -Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS), serving Washington County
This is just a partial list. You can still take this survey if you are receiving services from another DA OR if you have never received services from a DA.
This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will remain anonymous and will only be read by Vermont Family Network staff.
Thank you for helping us understand what kinds of information would be most useful to you!
