Dual Certified Peer Recovery Specialist & Community Health Worker Training Program- Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Dual Certified Peer Recovery Specialist & Community Health Worker 70-hour training opportunity. This training includes BHDDH's 46 hours peer recovery training program curriculum and additional 24 hours of community health worker skills & competencies not covered in peer recovery training. Once you complete this application you will be screened for eligibility and if eligible you will be contacted to participate in a virtual interview. All selected participants will need to be able to participate in full training from 9 am to 3:30 pm at Amos House in Providence, RI -BHDDH peer recovery training March 31, April 1,2,3,4, 7, 8 & 9 and additional community health worker competencies- April 22, 23, 24, 29, & 30. If you are not selected for this training due to high number of applicants, you will be placed on a waiting list.
