ADA Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan

The City of Mishawaka is conducting a self-evaluation of all City-owned facilities and programs for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Title II of the ADA requires that each of the city’s services, programs, and activities be readily accessible and usable by individuals with disabilities. Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. We value your feedback and all responses are anonymous. This survey will remain open until at least July 17, 2026. Please share it with others that may want to provide information.
