Thank you for considering participation in BIA events and promotions. Please fill in for the programs you know you will be a part of now. Still on the fence about some programs? You can always come back and re-submit an updated form throughout the year.

Look Local Mother's Day Insert and Mailer. On stands Apr. 12 to May 10. BIA subsidies available for the 1st 30 advertisers. Reserve your ad space early. Contact [email protected]

2023 BIA Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for considering donating gift cards, product or sponsoring BIA events in 2023. Your support helps enhance local events and helps us promote your businesses and offerings early and often.

In Kind Donations

We're collecting prize items at the beginning of the year that we can divide and match up for gift baskets and flash prizing for social media and event contests throughout the year. When you donate a minimum of $250 in product or cards (Retail Value), your business name will be listed as a donor on event banners and postcards and will be mentioned in promo posts. Donated items (any value) are welcome, less recognition for items with a total under $250.

Join as an event sponsor for the year to be recognized at all Waterdown BIA events. Business name or logo prominence and placement, as well as frequency of social media posts, increases with higher levels of sponsorship.
