Volunteer Interest Form

Join us for find Their Footing 5k/Walk & Festival presented by Adoptions From the Heart happening on Saturday April 26th from 8am-2:30pm. We are currently looking for volunteers for our event and appreciate any help. We couldn't do these events without the help of our volunteers.

Please read the information below prior to completing the application form.

Event Date: Saturday, April 26th 2025

Event Time: The event starts at 8:30am and will go until 3pm. Set up time starts at 7am and tear down will start at 3:00pm.

Important Details:

After you submit the form you will receive an email from us
Volunteer shifts will be 3-hour increments
Service hours will be recorded (if applicable)
You will also receive a t-shirt or lanyard, food, and recorded volunteer hours.

Set-Up Crew (help placing tables, tents, signage, decorations, etc) 1st Shift

Registration & Check-In (welcome guest into the festival, and other various tasks) 1st Shift

Race Attendant (hand out water cups to runners at checkpoint & clean up) 1st or 2nd Shift

Food & Beverage Distribution (hand out snacks, water to finishers & restock supplies) 2nd or 3rd Shift

Course Marshal (help direct runners along the route and ensure they stay on track) 1st or 2nd Shift

Parking & Traffic Control (Assist cars into their parking spot, welcome cars into the park) Any shift

Athletic Trainer/First Aid/Safety Monitors (assist with medical safety at the event, must be CPR certified) 1st or 2nd Shift

Breakdown Crew (assist with the breakdown/cleanup of various stations/areas) 3rd Shift

Other (will help where needed)
