The Discovery Museum in Acton, MA, recently welcomed your child for a Field Trip. We would love to hear your child's perspective on the experience (and hope you will, too!). Please help your child share responses to the following five questions with us.

 

If you include your contact information at the end of the survey, we will email you a coupon that will admit one person into the museum for free when purchasing a full-price admission. You and your child can visit together—with your child as your guide!
