Nominate an outstanding

employee of the Month!

Each month, we welcome you to nominate a Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff member for the "Outstanding Employee of the Month" award. As family members, you see first-hand how the dedication of our staff helps your family member; if you know of a DSP who has gone above and beyond and embodies the values of the Center, please recognize them with a nomination for "Outstanding Employee of the Month." Each month, two winners will be selected, one from the Adult Program and one from the Residential Program. Winners will be celebrated with a Thank You card and Amazon Gift Card and will also be featured on the Center’s Facebook page and Therap.

All submissions need to be in by the 15th of each month. Winners will be announced on the third Tuesday of every month.
