Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) (6-week workshop)


Are you concerned about managing diabetes for yourself or a loved one? DEEP is a 6-week workshop that helps people with pre-diabetes, diabetes, relatives and caregivers learn more about diabetes, self-manage their condition, and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. 


DEEP is open to adults aged 60+ who reside in Sacramento, Nevada, Placer, Yolo, Yuba or Sutter counties.
