Monday classes take place at the Community Hall, 
4418 Bedwell Harbour Road.

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday classes are held in the Fireside Room at the

Anglican Church, 4703 Canal Road.

* 𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 The MYI Exercise classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Participants are urged to recognize their limits and capabilities. The participant acknowledges that this class involves exercise and physical exertion and releases the instructors and the Pender Island Health Care Society from any liability. This applies to injury resulting from particular exercises and to general over-exertion from participating in the program as a whole.
* The MYI Exercise Classes are partially funded by a grant from the Pender Island Parks and Recreation Commission. To track statistics, we would appreciate if you could please sign in for each class by placing a check mark beside your name on the form provided by your instructor.
* Please write your name and contact information on the sign-in sheets. If your instructor is unwell and is unable to contact a substitute teacher, they will do their best to contact any participants that have signed up on the sheet.
Maintain Your Independence Class Payment. You have four options for payment. If the cost poses a hardship, or you have trouble with the form, contact activities@penderislandhealth.org for assistance.
