devote the time and energy necessary to participate fully and effectively in

the Program.

2. The information on this application is correct to the best of my knowledge.

3. I understand that if I am awarded this scholarship, I am expected to attend

the program on Friday, October 17 & Friday, October 24, 2025.

4. The scholarship is non-transferable.

5. I agree that I may appear in promotional materials for this program for the

OCBA or our sponsors.
