TriCounty Young Professionals Mentor Connect is a proposed program that would be designed to connect emerging professionals with experienced business leaders across the TriCounty region. Rather than a traditional one-to-one mentoring match, Mentor Connect creates opportunities for participants to build multiple meaningful professional relationships, seek guidance from experts in different fields, and take ownership of their own career development. This would include quarterly networking events to connect our Young Professionals with mentors.
