* I understand that the performance I submit is the performance I will perform in front of a live audience on Saturday March 7, 2026

* I understand that, if selected as a finalist, I will be required to attend a sound check during the week of March 2-6 as well as a dress rehearsal on March 6th in order to be able to participate in the live event on March 7th.

* By selecting "Yes", I grant Cedar City Events permission (only if selected as a finalist) to use my name, likeness, voice, and live performance in photographs, video, audio, and other media for promotional, marketing, archival, and related purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation. I understand that these materials may be edited, reproduced, and distributed publicly, and I release Cedar City Events from any claims related to the use of my performance or name.
