In an effort to make our diocesan-wide children, youth, and young adult formation resources more relevant, inclusive, and accessible, the Commission on Christian Formation invites you to share what resources you’re enjoying or seeking as well as a glimpse into the life* of your ministry.

Please send only one submission per parish. The Commission encourages you to work collaboratively on this survey however you see fit, and pay attention to things you notice about your community. Your responses will be used to help the Commission develop a robust digital formation resource library.

*Think about the culture of your community in a broad sense: demographic culture (i.e. ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender identity, etc.), spiritual culture (i.e. rule of life, habits of gathering), social culture (i.e. group interests and dynamics), etc.
