| This free, virtual 6-week educational group provides practical, evidence-informed mind-body strategies designed to help veterans and service members effectively manage stress, build resilience, and enhance overall well-being. The initiative is part of our ongoing mission to be a persistent presence in supporting veterans. Sessions will be held once a week for 1.5 hours and the group is exclusively open to active service members and veterans. While participants are encouraged to engage with their cameras on and contribute both verbally and via chat, we fully respect individual privacy preferences and participation comfort levels.
