Experience with the Florida 491 Board for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns and LCSW initial approval or reapplication.

NASW-Florida is collecting information from social workers about their experiences with the Florida Department of Health and the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling (491) regarding licensure processes.

The purpose of this survey is to understand delays in the licensing and renewal process.

We will use the information for direct advocacy efforts and share the aggregated information with state leaders, legislators, and regulatory bodies to support improvements to the licensure process and overall system responsiveness.
