*** 2024 SMART Program Registration ***

Thank you for your interest in joining the Epilepsy Association of Western & Central PA (EAWCP) for the SMART self-management program that we plan to implement for adults living with epilepsy. A Nurse and a Peer Educator will guide the group through important educational topics like: treatment management, seizure management, and lifestyle management. The SMART program will meet for 8 sessions at 6:00PM during the following dates:
