About the Scholarship 

The Dr. Eugene Woltering Patient Scholarship was created in honor of Dr. Woltering’s unwavering dedication to patient care and education. Recognizing the importance of patient engagement and access to the latest information and resources, this scholarship will provide financial assistance to patients who wish to attend NCAN NET Patient Conferences. 

Eligibility and Application Process 

Awards are subject to limitations and offered when funding is available. Patients diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) and/or one family member who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. The application process is straightforward: 

-Complete the Application Form

--Supporting Documents may be requested: Including proof of diagnosis and financial need. 

-Review and Selection: Applications will be reviewed, and recipients will be notified in a timely manner.

To receive the award, you MUST be at the agreed upon conference on time and stay for the full duration. 

Thank you for submitting your request. When funds are available, award amounts generally range from complimentary registration to $50. For higher awards, additional detailed information may be required. We will inform you if further information is needed and notify you once a decision has been made.
