Bingocize (10-week class)


Who doesn’t love making physical activity fun? In this 10-week workshop you will engage with others in a social setting playing your all-time favorite game BINGO with the addition of physical activity. 


Bingocize is open to all adults aged 60+ who reside in Sacramento, Nevada, Placer, Yolo, Yuba or Sutter counties.
