Potential Grant Review Panelist Info Form

Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in serving as a Region 2 Arts Council grant review panelist! This form will be used to collect basic information about you to support our interest in building a diverse and equitable panel committee. No personal information will be shared outside of this organization beyond anonymous data gathering purposes.


Being a part of the grant review process is a great way to give back to your communities. If you have an interest and passion for the arts and are curious about how the grant panels work, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We welcome anyone and everyone from artists to theatre goers to arts appreciators and community members to volunteer for a panel!
