Platform to Employment (P2E) is designed to put Connecticut's unemployed workforce back to work. P2E offers a variety of support services and access to career-related tools, seminars, financial counseling and resources to strengthen skills in order to secure employment.

P2E is open to Connecticut residents who have been unemployed 27 weeks or more OR have exhausted their unemployment benefits. Applicants must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
The application only takes about 15 minutes to submit. Please complete the application, and answer all questions, including contact information. Many people leave the contact information blank, but we cannot contact you if this information is missing.
If selected to move to the next step in the process, you will receive an email or call to set up an interview. Only participants who receive emails or calls will be considered for advancement.
