This award is presented to a person residing, studying, or working in the Indianola community that is under the age of 40 who has shown strong involvement and outstanding leadership and has made an impact on the community. The winner will be presented with their award at the Indianola Chamber of Commerce Annual Recognition Dinner, which will be held at Simpson College on February 4, 2027.
Criteria for the Award are as follows:
- Must reside, study, or work in the Indianola or surrounding community.
- Must be 40 years of age or younger as of the nomination deadline.
- Demonstration of leadership, vision, service and/or involvement within the Indianola community.
- Brought innovation, creativity, high standards, and a track record of success to their professional and/or volunteer organization(s).
- Established reputation of character, trust and leadership for others to emulate.
