The Annual Family Leadership Conference

Presentation Application

Thank you for your interest in presenting at a Parents Reaching Out Family Leadership Conference.


We invite you to submit an application to present at one or more of our upcoming regional conferences held throughout New Mexico. Our conferences are designed to help families, youth, self-advocates, educators, service providers, and community partners strengthen advocacy skills, build meaningful connections, and improve outcomes for children and adults with disabilities. We are seeking engaging, informative, and interactive sessions that provide practical tools, resources, and innovative approaches to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.


Presenters may apply to present at one, two, or all three conference locations. Sessions are 60 minutes in length, including Q&A, and may include:


  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Panel discussions
  • Interactive workshops
  • Hands-on activities

Presenters whose applications are selected will receive additional information regarding presentation logistics, audiovisual needs, and conference schedules.


Conference Selection

Presenters are welcome to apply for one, two, or all three of our regional Family Leadership Conferences. You may choose the location(s) that best fit your schedule and audience. While the content of your presentation may remain the same, you are also welcome to tailor your session for each conference if desired. Selecting multiple conferences does not guarantee placement at each event, but it allows our planning team to consider your proposal for every location you choose.
