Nonprofit Raffle Survey

Under current state law, nonprofits that have been in business for less than five years may not conduct a raffle (with limited exemptions). The Alliance is seeking to change this law to reduce the time frame from five years to one year so that nonprofits that have been in business more than one year can conduct raffles. Please help us gather background data in support of this change.

If you answered "yes" above, how often do you conduct raffles (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.)?
