Fellowship Applications are reviewed based on the project's potential impact and effectiveness in promoting racial justice and reconciliation in the Church in Pennsylvania. 


In alignment with these goals, we prioritize applications from individuals representing historically marginalized communities. We believe in fostering diversity and amplifying underrepresented voices, and thus, applicants from these backgrounds will receive priority consideration.
