This esteemed award recognizes an exceptional individual who has demonstrated outstanding dedication, leadership, and contributions within their role and has significantly impacted both the success of their workplace and the Indianola Chamber.
This award will be presented at the Indianola Chamber of Commerce Annual Celebration at Simpson College on February 4, 2027.
Criteria for the Award are as follows:
- Exceptional Performance: Exhibit outstanding performance and achievement in their role, going above and beyond job expectations to contribute to the success of their department or organization.
- Team Collaboration: Showcase effective collaboration and teamwork, fostering a positive and supportive work environment and contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Community Involvement: Display a commitment to community involvement and engagement with the Indianola Chamber, participating in activities that benefit the Indianola community beyond the scope of their employment.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Show a commitment to personal and professional growth through continuous learning, skill development, and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate leadership qualities and, if applicable, provide mentorship to colleagues, contributing to the development and success of others in the workplace.
