Cass County, Nebraska Economic Development Council (CCNEDC) is preparing a County-Wide Housing Study to determine both present and future housing needs in Cass County, during the next five years. This Study is funded by a “Housing Study Grant” from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, with matching funds from CCNEDC. An important activity of the Study is to ask you, a local resident, about the housing needs of your Community and the County.
