Individuals living in the Municipalities listed below are invited to share their thoughts on water-related topics. Ideas will assist Root-Pike Watershed Initiative Network in our efforts to protect and restore Southeastern Wisconsin's freshwater resources.


FIVE survey submitters will WIN a $100 Visa gift card! The survey is open until November 30th at midnight. Winners will be notified by email by December 6th, 2025. One submission per person.


Winning gift cards will be mailed to the address you provide and must reside within the eligible Municipalities. There is no cost to submit or win. Your personal information will never be shared or sold.
