REACH Patient-Centered Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care (PPP) Scholarship Program
ABOUT MTAAP's REACH PPP SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM: The REACH Institute's Patient-Centered Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care (PPP) Scholarship Program offered by the Montana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics provides funding to chapter members to attend virtual mental health trainings.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES: You’ll leave the training with tools you can use immediately:
- Validated assessments to get data from patients and families
- Clinical guidelines for differential diagnosis
- Quick-reference medication guides
- Sample forms for referring patients to psychotherapy
After the training, you’ll be more confident in your diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues. Our world-class faculty of pediatricians, developmental-behavioral pediatricians, clinical nurse specialists, and child and adolescent psychiatrists will help you transform your practice, increase your productivity, and improve your work satisfaction.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Program participants will select from a list of mental health training courses and self register.
- Participants must complete all components of the training course, attend all sessions, and provide proof of completion.
- MTAAP will reimburse program participants for the cost of the virtual training (MTAAP does not reimburse for travel, lodging, etc.)
- Once you complete your training requirements, please submit training expenses to MTAAP
