At a minimum, NWRS field stations are asked to sign off that they are aware that their nonprofit partner is applying to participate in Walk for the Wild 2023.


  • Any and all involvement by field stations will be in accordance with existing USFWS/NWRS rules and regulations.


  • Any promotion by USFWS for WFTW will focus on event participation, not fundraising (tool kits will be provided to field stations of participating WFTW nonprofits w guidance and recources for field stations who choose to assist with promotion WFTW (in accordance with existing USFWS/NWRS rules and regulations).
