It’s time to let us know who this year’s AUGIE Group Unsung Hero should be. AUGIE has awarded one individual or company the prize each year. Now is your opportunity to nominate a carrier, agency, vendor, user group or individual. We need your nomination by September 2023.

As a participant in the Independent agency distribution channel, you know that there are many unsung heroes who work very hard, some in the spotlight, and many others in the background, to further the cause of independent agents. These are the people who are working in carriers, agencies, vendors, user groups and as industry thought leaders to help advance processes and technologies to make things more efficient, more effective, and better for agents.

We want to honor one of these people with the Unsung Hero Award in 2023

Those eligible for nomination are:

 (1) an individual from an agency, carrier, vendor, consulting group, user group or association who has made a difference in the industry in support of independent agents in past 12 months or

(2) an organization who has made a difference.

Your nominations for the Unsung Hero award will also help us select the winner of the Andy Fogarty Industry Impact Award which recognizes an individual or company that has taken great strides to help AUGIE Group succeed. 

The Andy Fogarty Industry Achievement Award, was established in 2017 in honor of Andy Fogarty, a 40+-year participant of the Independent Agent distribution channel.
