Join us for Find Their Footing 5k/Walk & Festival presented by Adoptions From the Heart happening on Saturday April 26th from 8am-2:30pm. We are currently accepting a limited amount of art, craft, and food truck vendors for this event. Applications open January 21st and will close on March 3rd or when applications are full.

DATE: Saturday April 26th 2025

TIME: The event starts at 8am and will go until 3:00pm. Set up time starts at 8am

SPACES:

Art/Craft Vendors- The spaces are outdoor 10x10 ft tent for $50.

Food Trucks (3)- Parking lot spaces $100

***It can get windy at the event so please make sure that your tents have weights and have at least 10lb per leg or please stake your tents to the ground.

** Spaces are limited.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Applications will close March 3rd at 12am EST. You will be notified of your acceptance by March 30th.

FOOD VENDORS: Food vendors must provide their own generator or please let us know if you need electricity. *** Electricity is limited.

Delaware County Health Department requires all food vendors must obtain a Delaware County Health Department Temporary Food Facility License. When accepted we will send you the steps to complete the license.

This is a great fundraising event that will bring in the community and all ages are welcomed! Proceeds will go towards Adoptions From The Heart Birth Parent Support Fund.

Vendors are responsible for brining their own tables/chairs/display/tent/tent eights and gear to protect their products from any weather. If there is inclement weather we will make the decision to cancel the event 24-48 hours prior to the event.

Rain Date: April 27th 2025

Vendors will be parked in the Rose Tree Park Parking lot in the back near the memorial, it is suggested to bring a wagon to transport your belongings from the parking lot to your assigned space.

I, the applicant, affirm that I am the creator or owner of all works I intend to offer for sale. If accepted as a vendor, I agree to pay my vendor fee by the specified due date, or my space may be forfeited. If the event is postponed due to inclement weather, I understand that if I cancel after my vendor fee is paid, a refund or credit is not guaranteed and will be granted at the sole discretion of the event organizers. I understand that if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather on original date, we will reschedule for a later time and if that day does not work for you we can work on a refund of half the vendor fee. I will abide by all rules and procedures set forth by the event planners and the management of Adoptions From the Heart, particularly in regard to arrival and departure, parking, loading and unloading. I agree to properly dispose of trash and to leave my space in the condition it was when I arrived. I agree to forever indemnify, save and hold Adoptions From the Heart and all affiliated agents and officials, representatives, beneficiaries, employees and volunteers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, expenses (including attorney's fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of my participation at 2025 Find Their Footing 5k/Walk & Festival.
