Catalytic Converter Shield Program Application

Background

This is the application for local businesses to participate in the City’s Catalytic Converter Shield Program. Under the Shield Program, residents will be able to apply to receive a pre-paid $250 gift card (provided by Mastercard) towards the purchase and installation of a catalytic converter theft mitigation shield (“shield”). Eligible shields include shields produced by MillerCat and Get Cat Securty. Businesses must already have, or be willing to form, a certified installer relationship with MillerCat or Get Cat Security to participate. Residents must coordinate with participating businesses to procure the shield and arrange for installation services. Resident is responsible for the remaining balance (if any) of the parts and labor costs associated with the shield installation after the $250 gift card is applied.

Please answer each question to the best of your ability. The survey should take about 30 minutes or less to complete. For any questions, please contact Sharlyn De La Paz at (949) 282-5215 or [email protected].
