Not only have these claims proven difficult to defeat at an early stage of litigation, but they have resulted in astronomical jury verdicts at times. In this presentation, Bob and Reid will provide an overview of the various types of retaliation claims being filed, strategies to avoid such claims in the first place, the challenges often faced if the claims proceed to trial, and tactics to defeat those claims.
