Self Screening Test Kits are available free of charge to businesses with less than 150 employees.

Effective immediately we will only distribute Free Rapid Antigen Test Kits to businesses that are physically located within Whitchurch-Stouffville or are members of the Stouffville Chamber of Commerce. If your business does not meet one of these criteria, you will need to find an alternative source.

The number of Test Kits that we receive and can distribute is at the discretion of the Province. Therefore we can make no guarantees about the availability or volume of Test Kits that we can distribute on any given day.

You are required to report all test results to us. (See Online Data Reporting Form). If we do not receive your reports in a timely fashion we will be unable to refill orders until you have done so.

We ask that you have one designated screening supervisor that will pick up all of your orders. That person will be required to drop off signed copies of both the Provincial Antigen Screening Program Agreement and Whitchurch-Stouffville Antigen Screening Program Agreement the first time they pick up your order and watch a short instructional video on how to properly conduct the self screening, which can then be shared with all your employees.

We will email you with details on when and where to pick-up your kits.

If you are picking up for the first time your Screening Supervisor Designate will be required to watch a short instructional video on how to properly conduct the self screening, which can then be shared with all your employees. Please bring the signed copies of the Terms of Use Agreement with you. No first time orders may be picked up without this signed agreement.
